Cancellation & Return policy

We want our customers to be fully assured that their products are in safe hands. We at Adri, make sure that we take proper care of the products. Though, In case of expired item, damaged product or any manufacturing defect in the product delivered, you may request a return/exchange for the item(s) within 4 working days of receiving the order for a full refund of the Payment Made.

We regret that we do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items. Though we request our customers to check the product details properly before placing the order, still in case the product is damaged or different from the one which was ordered. the request for refund/exchange can be initiated through our website or app.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation prior to shipment initiation: You can cancel by calling our customer support prior to the time of order processing or shipment. While cancelling your order, you can request refund (in case of prepaid online payment only). Kindly note that all refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of cancellation. Cancellation after the Shipment is made: There is no option of cancellation after shipment is received by the customer. You may replace or exchange the product as per our return policy.

A Return/Exchange will only be entertained in the following cases:

1. If the product received is broken;

2. If the products has opened before the customer has received it.

3. If the Product is not delivered on time, as per the delivery date given. We request our customer’s coordination in understanding that the statement mentioned here, will be exempted in unavoidable issues like flood, earthquake or any calamity which is beyond humane control.

4. If the outer packaging of the product is torn/ opened, the customer has the full right to return or exchange the product.

There could be minor exceptions like:

If there is no invoice attached on the packet, the customer has the authority to decline the order there only and return the same to the delivery executive and can request for returning or exchanging the order. In case of returns, refund for the same order amount will be processed within 7-10 days or If the customer wants the order, but the invoice is missing so they can also request for an e-invoice on his/her email. This has to be done within 48 hours of Delivery.

Returns/ Exchange will not be accepted if:

1.       The Bill or Invoice is missing while making a return;

2.       The product is not same which was delivered;

3.       The return/refund initiated after 7 days of the order delivery time.
